600 grams of bacon, fry - but not crisp
Take bacon of pan, to a plate
2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, fry - but not brown
In a mixer, add the bacon, the onions, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 100 ml apple vinegar, 100ml maple syrup, 1 teaspoon paprika, pepper to taste.
Mix this with a blender until fine-ish.
Add the content into a pan and let it reduce for about 30 min.
This is just the base, to experiment some more one could add some coffee, aquavit, chili, or what ever you might desire.
