French press coffee

Per 1L of water, use 70-75G of fresh medium grind coffee. I prefer 40-45G pr 1L.

Add coffe to press, add 1L of boiled water.

Let it sit for 4 min.

Stir the crust, gently.

Use two spoons to remove foam and any floating coffee residue.

Leave the coffee for 5-8 minutes.

Put the lid on the press and press it down just above the coffee.
